About MediumGuru

Are consultations a form of care?

No. Consultations on MediumGuru are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from a qualified professional, and they are not meant to.

We do not guarantee outcomes, nor the accuracy of anything said during a consultation. Never let what a Guru says be your only basis for an important decision.

Do you select the Gurus on the platform?

Every Guru is a registered business. We check their business registration number and identity before they can take a consultation. We do not test gifts, training or experience: we cannot judge that, and we do not think we should.

What you can go on are the experiences of other clients. Every profile shows the reviews earlier clients left, and we publish them unfiltered: we do not remove a review because it is negative. We remove a review only for abuse, personal data, illegal content, or another breach of the platform rules, and the author is told why. Read them, take the time to compare a few profiles, and remember that you can end a consultation at any moment.

What we do require is that you are treated properly, and that is written into the platform rules. Those rules do not allow a Guru to promise you an outcome: that a partner comes back, that a curse is lifted, or what the future holds. If a Guru does not keep to them, report it to us: we address it with the Guru or remove the profile.
